SiteHaul is a Mac app by Social Impact Ltd. The short version: the app runs entirely on your own machine and uploads nothing. This policy explains the little data that the app and this website do touch.
The app
SiteHaul has no account and no analytics. Your captured screenshots, exports, and your licence file are written to folders on your Mac and are never sent to us. The app only reaches the internet to (1) fetch the websites you ask it to capture, and (2) validate a licence key you choose to enter, which is sent to our payments provider, Lemon Squeezy, to register the activation. Nothing else leaves your machine.
This website
sitehaul.app uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it records aggregate page views and events (such as a download click) without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without building a profile of you. We don't use advertising trackers, and there's nothing here to log into.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They collect the details needed to take payment and email your licence key. We never see your card. We receive your email address, order, and licence details from them so we can provide the licence and support. See Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Your choices & contact
Because the app stores everything locally, you control it: delete a run's folder and it's gone. For anything else, or to ask what order data we hold, email hello@daveweatherall.com.
