These terms cover your use of SiteHaul, a Mac app by Social Impact Ltd. By downloading or buying it, you agree to them.
Your license
A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, lifetime license to use SiteHaul for your own work, personal or commercial. Your license key activates up to three Macs. Please don't share your key, resell it, or redistribute the app. The free tier (10 captured pages per calendar month) needs no account and no payment.
Acceptable use
Capture pages you're allowed to view, and use what you capture lawfully: for your own reference, research and work. Don't republish other people's content unless you have the right to. Only enter passwords and logins you're entitled to use. You're responsible for how you use SiteHaul and what it produces, including following the terms of the sites you capture.
Payments & refunds
Purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, who handle billing and applicable sales taxes. Because there's a free tier you can fully evaluate before buying, we don't normally offer refunds, but if SiteHaul doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
Warranty & liability
SiteHaul is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Social Impact Ltd isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
