These terms cover your use of SiteHaul, a Mac app by Social Impact Ltd. By downloading or buying it, you agree to them.
Your licence
A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, lifetime licence to use SiteHaul for your own work, personal or commercial. Your licence key activates up to three Macs. Please don't share your key, resell it, or redistribute the app. The free tier (200 captured pages per calendar month) needs no account and no payment.
Acceptable use
Only capture websites you own or are authorised to capture, and use what you capture lawfully. You're responsible for how you use the app and its output. Don't use SiteHaul to break another site's terms or the law.
Payments & refunds
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handle billing and applicable taxes. Because there's a free tier you can fully evaluate before buying, we don't normally offer refunds, but if SiteHaul doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
Warranty & liability
SiteHaul is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Social Impact Ltd isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
