SiteHaul vs Stillio

Stillio screenshots the pages you give it on a schedule and keeps them in its cloud. SiteHaul captures every page of a site on your Mac, at desktop and mobile sizes, when you run it. One watches pages over time. The other records a whole site at a moment.

The short answer

If you need pages captured automatically, every day or every hour, and kept for you, for compliance, legal evidence or watching a competitor, use Stillio. SiteHaul doesn't run on a schedule. If you need a whole site captured now, before a redesign or for a client deck, SiteHaul does it in one run for $49 once, where Stillio is priced by the month for the pages it watches.

Use Stillio when

  • You need pages captured automatically, on a schedule.
  • You need a record kept for you, for compliance or legal evidence.
  • You're watching a competitor's pages change over months.
  • You need captures from another country.
  • Your team shares the archive online.
  • You're not on a Mac.

Use SiteHaul when

  • You want a whole site captured now, not watched over time.
  • You need desktop and mobile of every page.
  • You'd rather pay once than every month.
  • You want the files on your own Mac.
  • You're building a moodboard, a client deck, or a record before a redesign.

Once, or every month

Stillio is priced for watching pages over time. Its plans count the pages it tracks: up to 25 for $79 a month, up to 100 for $199 a month, and unlimited from $299. That's the right model when the captures have to keep coming.

It's the wrong model for a moment. Capturing a 40 page site before a redesign means a month of the 100 page plan and remembering to cancel, and the archive stays only while you subscribe. SiteHaul does the same site in one run on your Mac, desktop and mobile, for $49 once, and the files are yours.

If you need both, they fit together: Stillio for the handful of pages you watch, and SiteHaul for the whole site at the moments that matter.

“I used to spend hours each week screenshotting webpages in a messy workflow. Now I use SiteHaul and it’s so much quicker!”

Questions

Is SiteHaul a Stillio alternative?

For capturing a whole site when you need it, yes, for a one-time $49 instead of a monthly plan. For scheduled captures kept in the cloud, no: that's what Stillio is built for, and SiteHaul doesn't capture on a schedule.

Can SiteHaul take screenshots on a schedule?

No. It captures when you run it. People run it at the moments that matter: before a redesign, after a launch, at the start of an audit. If you need captures every day or every hour, a scheduled service like Stillio is the right tool.

How much does Stillio cost?

Checked on 30 September 2026: $29 a month for up to 5 pages, $79 for up to 25, $199 for up to 100, and from $299 for unlimited pages and captures as often as every 5 minutes, billed monthly, with a 14 day free trial. SiteHaul is free for 10 pages a month, then $49 once for unlimited pages.

Can Stillio capture a whole website?

It captures the pages you add, from a pasted list of up to 500 URLs or from a sitemap. It doesn't crawl a site, and each page counts toward your plan's limit. SiteHaul reads the sitemap and captures every page you tick, at both sizes, in one run.

Where do the screenshots go?

Stillio keeps them in its cloud for 36 months while you subscribe, and can sync them to Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. SiteHaul saves them to a folder on your Mac, each named from its URL, and uploads nothing.

Try it on a site you know

10 pages a month free, which is enough to try it on a real site. No account, nothing uploaded, and no subscription to cancel.
